- DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Primary enuresis (over 5 years old)
: 0.2 mg orally administered as desmopressin acetate at bedtime. If the effect is not sufficient, it can be increased to 0.4 mg. The duration of treatment should be determined by discontinuing administration for at least one week after 3 months of administration.
Treatment of nighttime urinary symptoms associated with nyturia (adults only)
: At bedtime, 0.1 mg of desmopressin acetate is orally administered. If the effect is not sufficient after one week, the dose is increased to 0.2 mg, and if the effect is not sufficient, the dosage may be increased up to 0.4 mg at a weekly interval.
If there is no clinical effect within 4 weeks after the dose is determined, discontinue administration.
