      Adults and children over 12 years old
       For most infections, the usual dose is 250 mg twice a day. If severe low respiratory infections, pneumonia, severe infections or infections due to hypersensitive bacteria are suspected, administer 500 mg twice a day. For urinary tract infections, the usual dose is 125 mg twice a day. Depending on pyelonephritis or symptoms, the dose may be 250 mg twice a day, once. For simple gonorrhea, administer 1 g once.
      Infants and children under 12 years old
       For most infectious diseases, 125 mg is given twice a day. For patients with otitis media older than 2 years, 250 mg once a day is administered twice a day. There is a lack of experience with infants less than three months old.
      In the treatment of infections caused by Streptococcus pyogenes (group A-beta hemolytic), this drug should be administered for 7 to 10 days.

      Pack: Pour the granules contained in the capsule into the cup, add 10 mL of water, shake well and take it immediately.
