    • DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
    • 1) 125 / 62.5 mg, 250/125 mg, 500/125 mg tablets
      Adults and children 12 years of age or older or over 40 kg : Amoxicillin 250 mg 3 times a day 8 hours apart, and can be increased to 500 mg for severe or respiratory infections.
      If there is renal impairment, it should be increased or decreased according to creatinine clearance.
      - Adults:
        Creatinine clearance (10 to 30 mL / min) Oral 250 to 500 mg as amoxicillin dose administered every 12 hours.
        Creatinine clearance (less than 10 mL / min) Administer 125-250 mg of amoxicillin every 12 hours, but do not exceed the dose.
      - Pediatric: Reduce in the same way.
      However, in case of dental infection, use 250 mg of amoxicillin 3 times a day for 5 days.
