    • DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
    • Adults and children 6 years of age or older: 5 mg of levocetirizine hydrochloride (10 mL as a liquid) once a day, regardless of diet.
       Children younger than 6 years old: 1.25 mg (2.5 mL as a liquid) orally twice a day.
       Children younger than 2 years old: 1.25 mg (2.5 mL as a liquid) orally once a day.
      The drug is not recommended for infants under the age of 1 due to insufficient data.
      Dose should be controlled in patients with renal impairment based on their renal function (creatinine clearance (CLCR (ml / min)).
       Creatinine clearance CLCR (ml / min) (mild): 50 ≤ CLCR <80 = dose and number of times: once 5 mg once a day
       Creatinine clearance CLCR (ml / min) (moderate): 30 ≤ CLCR <50 = dose and number of times: once 5 mg, twice daily
       Creatinine clearance CLCR (ml / min) (severe): 10 ≤ CLCR <30 = dose and frequency: once 5 mg, once every 3 days
      Patients with renal pediatric patients lose weight according to renal function (creatinine clearance (CLCR (ml / min)) and body weight.
