    • DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
    • Adult and child of 6 and over: Regardless of meal, one tablet (5 mg as levocetirizine hydrochloride), orally once a day. Dose adjusted depending on age and symptoms.
      Dose should be controlled in patients with renal impairment based on their renal function (creatinine clearance (CLCR (ml / min)).
        Creatinine clearance CLCR (ml / min) (mild): 50 ≤ CLCR <80 = Capacity and frequency: 1 tablet, once daily
        Creatinine clearance CLCR (ml / min) (moderate): 30 ≤ CLCR <50 = capacity and frequency: 1 tablet, twice daily
        Creatinine clearance CLCR (ml / min) (severe): 10 ≤ CLCR <30 = volume and frequency: 1 tablet, 3 times a day
