    • Adults and children over 3 years: 1 mg twice a day (at breakfast and dinner) orally as Ketotifen. if 10 years old or older, take up to 2 mg per day if necessary.
      If sensitivity to ketotifen is observed, increase dose to 0.5 mg twice a day on the first week of treatment or slowly, starting from 1 mg at bedtime to 2 mg / day.
      Dose adjusted depending on age and symptoms.
